I like how the links and photo are places in the diamond shapes when move the mouse over the photo its puts a shadow over it I don't like how big it is I think it could work better a little smaller I love the repetition in the pattern

I think the use type well in this website but the images don't really seem appealing to me I think the graphic in the middle of the page blocks the images and make it hard to see it and if you try to click it the moves you to a diffent area and the nav bar has the same links so I don't think they need two set of the same links

I love that the homepage on this website I an illustration and wen you move the mouse the elements shake I think is a cool effect when go to the links the flashing images are creative but hard on the eye
